Paul De Francis, Ph.D.
Board Advisor
Paul De Francis is an experienced Health Care Administrator, Health Care Consultant, Managed Care Negotiator, Medical Record Management, Financial Management, Payroll Administration, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Medical-Legal, Facility and Physician Scheduling, Human Resource Management and Physician and Staff Education. His career and experience ranges from 1969 to present.

Dr. De Francis holds a Ph.D. in Health Education from Southern Illinois University, an M.A. in Health Care Management from Webster University, a B.S. in Health Services from Southern Illinois University, and an A.S. in Health Care Services from George Washington University.
 
Ann Rahn, CPC,
Vice President
Ms. Rahn is an experienced Certified Professional Coder (CPC). She is certified from the American Association of Professional Coders (AAPC). She has 20 years experience working in Health Care with Physicians, Hospitals and Clinics. Ms. Rahn has been involved in a number of major transitions of clients billing, operations, data workflow and reimbursements. She has assisted and educated in "Best Practices" in the Health Care field. During the transitions, Ms. Rahn has been heavily involved in feedback to software vendors on improving the applications, suggestions and implementations of new technology, coding, analysis and payor expertise on best coding and correct coding initiatives.
 
Kishor Joshi, M.B.A.
(Manchester, UK)
Kishor Joshi is a Professional IT Management Consultant with over 15 years experience in Information Technology. Mr. Joshi specializes in utilizing Global economies. Has worked at strategic levels in FTSE100 companies like Ford, British Airways, Schroeder's, Boots. Last key assignments was with British Petroleum (BP) where Kishor was heading the new installs, upgrades, builds for all of BP’s UK forecourts, truck stops, and motorway outlets. Working with a team of over 300 across the entire UK where his achievements being acknowledged at the highest levels. Specializing in scale-ups with solid control mechanisms in place that include HR, Finance, IT, Sales & Marketing with macro and micro Operations. Heavily involved in Mission Critical Financial applications for major institutions and applying that knowledge into US Healthcare.
 
Yogesh Vyas
Vice President
Mr. Yogesh Vyas is an Engineer and has over 27 years experience in business and management. He has gained experience in managing projects requiring critical and Multi-disciplinary skills. Having worked in Production, Sales, Marketing and Management, Yogesh also has exposure in numerous industry segments such as Consumer Durables, Chemicals, Plastics, Equipments, Construction, Infrastructure, Insurance and Business Process Outsourcing. He has provided Services to local and national projects and has been a key figure in some International Collaborations. Yogesh's main strength lies in assisting companies realize their strengths, analyze their weaknesses and assist them to tide over critical situations so that opportunities are capitalized. His wide travel and exposure to National and International Business has been beneficial in delivering Quality services as well as resource and people management.
 
Jared Swanson, CTO
A graduate from ITT Technical Institute with a specialty in Networking and Security, Jared has over a decade of track record in building and maintaining mission critical secure datacenters. Ensuring that full compliance is adhered with total responsibility of IT infrastructure to enable the mission critical applications to operate 24/7. Where clients have on site installs, Jared’s recommendations are carefully considered. Management of security, backups, disaster recovery, performance, upgrades and addressing business needs of the company are made possible through the painstaking attention to detail that Jared provides now focused in the healthcare environment.
