President
Paul
De Francis is an experienced Health Care Administrator, Health Care Consultant, Managed Care Negotiator, Medical Record Management, Financial Management, Payroll Administration, Information Technology, Quality Assurance, Medical-Legal, Facility and Physician Scheduling, Human Resource Management and Physician and Staff Education. His career and experience ranges from 1969 to present.
Dr. De Francis holds a Ph.D. in Health Education from Southern Illinois University, an M.A. in Health Care Management from Webster University, a B.S. in Health Services from Southern Illinois University, and an A.S. in Health Care Services from George Washington University.

Vice President, IT
Mr. Yogesh Vyas is an Engineer and has over 27 years experience in business and management. He has gained experience in managing projects requiring critical and Multi-disciplinary skills. Having worked in Production, Sales, Marketing and Management, Yogesh also has exposure in numerous industry segments such as Consumer Durables, Chemicals, Plastics, Equipments, Construction, Infrastructure, Insurance and Healthcare.
