For those clients who would like their own server installed application but may not have a full time dedicated IT staff to support it, then this is a viable option. You can also install other applications should you wish on the designated server. All backups, upgrades, enhancements are done seamlessly by our expert staff after obtaining authorization from you. So you have the best of a SaaS and own server without the high capital investments and IT costs of total onsite installation.

All data is in a secure temperature controlled environment. All access is restricted by cleared personnel using biometric fingerprint access and RF-Keys (Radio Frequency Keys) These are state of the art access technology logging all activities into the core areas of our Data Center with 24 hour camera and surveillance. There are no issues on lost keys or keys being duplicated.
The Pertexa Data Center is in Arizona where there are no threats of natural disasters like Hurricanes, Earthquakes or Flooding. Power is provided directly from the National Grid and on on-site Diesel Generator which kicks if there is any power failure giving continuous service. The Mission Critical servers are further supplied by a constant voltage and able to run on its own power if required.
All Servers are protected by secure robust firewalls going above and beyond the requirements set by any national corporation.
The protection of your data is further enhanced by regular backups, which are on-site and further backed up off-site.
Our track record so far is giving you 99.99% availability 24/7 with scheduled maintenance being kept to a minimum.
Pertexa do not stop there, our data center is served by 3 different National Telecommunication companies where we have 2 fiber optic channels coming into the building, one from the East side and one from the West side. Should there be a cable cut for any reason on either one the other automatically kicks in without customers even noticing. If both get cut or are down Pertexa is served by a wireless creating a ‘Moat’ and we are still functional. |
